We had a great time at Sharma Villa. The facilities in the villa are excellent - everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning came in very handy as it was a particularly hot week whilst we were there.

We loved the fact that we could just step out of the villa into the pool whenever we liked and had a choice of sun or shade from either of the two patios.

The neighbours were very friendly and gave us lots of good tips for shopping and visits out.

There local supermarket was very handy as we could just walk over in a couple of

minutes to collect essentials.

We also found both the blue bus and dolmus service extremely cheap and easy to use. Our favourite mode of

transport was the water taxi between Chalis Beach and Fethiye which enabled us to hop between the two and enjoy the breeze on the bay at the same time.

Overall it was a lovely villa and we enjoyed staying there very much.

Had a lovely holiday!

The villa was perfect!

 

As was the pool, it was spotless ;o)

 

Ray and Dot are a lovely couple (English couple who live in a villa on the same complex) – really made us feel welcome and were so helpful.

 

The villa is in a perfect location – it was nice and quiet – not like nearby Hisaronu – we didn’t stop there though – just travelled through.

The blue lagoon is absolutely beautiful, and Olu Deniz beach and so easy to get to with the dolmus.

 

We went on a boat trip as well around 6 island stops. Didn’t see any butterflies in butterfly valley, but the valley was breath taking in itself.

 

We went one evening to the restaurant in Calis, think its called Sat – the one on the jetty – the food wasn’t outstanding – but the ambiance was perfect.

Made use of the bbq as well – it was lovely in the evening sat around with a few bottles of wine and the bbq going.

 

Will definitely be recommending the villa to friends.

Dear Mark,

We got back from Turkey at 5.00 am today having had the holiday every bit as good as we would have hoped for.

Your villa is lovely and just what we needed. We made huge use of the pool, and loved sitting catching the breeze. One of the bedrooms used the airconditioning,a little, but we others just enjoyed the warmth!

We took the dolmus to the villages around in the hills which we loved, and had 2 "beach days" one of which we hired a boat for our daughter's 21st. A memorable day. We even went to the hamman!

We happily drank the tap water everywhere to no ill effect from any of us! Not that bottle water was expensive, just it was so convenient to be able to drink it from the tap. The house was delightfully clean, Ray attended the pool each day and we got to know Waggsie.

The supermarket was so useful as a landmark for us, apart from being incredibly handy. We had a really lovely holiday.

Thank you so much for all the info on your website. We lacked for nothing...............and we didn't have to cook once!

We just hope you have as much fun as we did when you next return. with thanks from us all for sharing your villa.

We had a fantastic time. The villa is wonderful and ideally situated, midway between Calis a lively beach resort and Fethiye a picturesque harbour town.

We spent alternate nights at each resort as the children enjoyed the livelier nightlife in Calis and the adults the more relaxing restaurants of Fethiye.

It was the hottest August for 20 years when we stayed at the villa so days were spent mainly relaxing around the lovely pool.

The villa itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed.

It was so easy to get around via the Dolmus buses

which we used to get to Fethiye (daily), Calis, Olu Deniz, Salikent gorge

and Kayakoy village (the last 2 of which we particularly enjoyed).

The villa was excellent and could not be faulted. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time away from it all in your lovely property, good luck with it.

Fantastic Holiday, Turkish people very friendly, weather beautiful and wonderful surroundings, Oludeniz beach, Turtle Bay etc

Very thorough notes, excellent website as well, notes give plenty of ideas of what to do in local and surrounding areas.

Excellent villa, what more can I say, wish it was mine !

Went to Oludeniz beach (very nice) and the standard boat cruise, which was very good, cruise, bbq and swimming in various lagoons. You can fish too, I caught one fish about 2 inches long! I will definitely book next year as it was an excellent holiday, villa close to supermarket so supplies handy and stones throw from sea. Brilliant.
